Each of our apartments feature fully equipped kitchens and ensuite baths. Our units are more than your standard hotel room: plush, comfortable beds, full size SMEG refrigerators, work spaces, high quality linens, fluffy towels, Malin+Goetz bath amenities and premium essentials suited for longer term stays.

You like your independence, but sometimes you need an insider. We provide personal concierge services for guests during their stay. Looking for the best lobster roll in town? Want to know where to rent bicycles to explore the area? Need information about day trips to Portland, Boston, or Newburyport? Our local concierge has you covered. We are just a call away!

How it works

Guests who book with us will receive detailed instructions for self check-ins 24 hours prior to their arrival. Once you arrive and access your apartment, we are available by phone 24/7. Our check-out process is contactless as well. If we are not on site when you call, then we are never more than a few minutes away at one of our sister properties: Great Island Inn or The Inn Downtown and can come to assist you in person if ever the need arises.

THE SWIM SHOP

Our petite, oceanside boutique stocks a curated selection of premium beach and swim essentials for men & women. Swimwear, apparel, skincare, jewelry and accessories from brands including: Mollusk, Katin, Rhythm, Marine Layer, Malin + Goetz, Grade & Gather, Sand Cloud, Thread & Supply, Vacation Brand, INK + ALLOY, Banks Journal, DUNE Skincare, and more.

THE POOL

Our historic 1960’s pool recently underwent an extensive cosmetic transformation with expanded pool decking and for the first time in over 60 years: heated water! Our pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through September.
